WE REGRET THAT OUR 2020 BIBLE WEEK HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS A RESULT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.  NORMAL SERVICE WILL BE RESUMED NEXT YEAR, GOD WILLING.  WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR ANY DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED.  WE ARE DISAPPOINTED TOO!  😥

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Martin Salter to Llandudno for our Bible Week in 2020.  Martin has a Ph.D in Missional Ethics and says he is ‘passionate about combining rigorous theological engagement with practical application to ministry and mission’.

The confirmed Bible Week dates for 2020 are Monday 4th May through to Thursday 7th May.  Please note: this is a change from previous years when we’ve ran from Tuesday through to Friday.  Please put these dates in your diary now, and check back soon for more info.

Martin is part of the leadership team at Grace Community Church in Bedford, where he has been for the past nine years. Prior to that, he and his wife Sarah studied at Oak Hill College. They have three children between the ages of 13 and 7.

Need a little taster?  Here’s a video clip of Martin Salter speaking at the Keswick Convention, Summer 2019.  His theme here is: “Longing for the Right Kind of Things”.

The four Advent candles are lighted on successive Sundays before Christmas.  Opinions differ about the meaning of each candle, and the order!

We’re going with Hope, Joy, Peace and Love.  The fifth candle, lighted on Christmas morning, represents Christ.
