Banner Bible Study Group

Who are the ‘Banner Group’?  Well, we used to make banners for the church but we no longer do this.  We meet in the Church Hall rather than someone’s home.  However in all other respects we are just like Gloddaeth’s other home groups, a close-knit group meeting each week to share fellowship and to study the Bible. We feel that we meet under the ‘Banner of Christ’ – so that’s why we have kept to our original name. We are…

Prayer Meeting

Condrups House Group

This is our longest-lived house group.  We’re focused on worship, prayer, Bible study and even the odd social evening where we share fellowship over a nice meal!  😋 Currently, we’re working through a DVD-based series, “Towards Belief” which tackles many of the issues why prevent folks from coming to a saving faith in Christ.  More info below:

Neil’s Housegroup

This house-group is lead by our Minister, Neil Kirkham They are currently working through The Bible Course by Rev. Andy Ollerton.  Looks brilliant!


The four Advent candles are lighted on successive Sundays before Christmas.  Opinions differ about the meaning of each candle, and the order!  

We’re going with Hope, Joy, Peace and Love.  The fifth candle, lighted on Christmas morning, represents Christ.
